Generally, all fruits and vegetables are food to reduce weight. The ones listed below are known to deliver amazing weight loss results.
Broccoli is a super food that people take for granted. It is loaded with vitamins and nutrients. Of the numerous nutrients broccoli has to offer are calcium, vitamin C and fiber. These three greatly aid in increasing your metabolism, thus burning fat.
Blueberries contain Anthocyanin which is a powerful antioxidant that promotes weight reduction. It specifically targets stomach fat and it has been proven to reduce food cravings.
Nuts and Grains
Just like fruits and vegetables, most nuts and grains are naturally food to reduce weight. These two foods are the most common and are the best known to reduce weight.
